Meet The Team

The President serves as the chief leader and representative of Sistaz Speak Foundation. This role provides vision, direction, and oversight to ensure the organization fulfills its mission of empowering and uplifting women through mentorship, service, and sisterhood. The President presides over meetings, works closely with the board to set strategic goals, and represents the foundation in the community and with partners. With a focus on leadership, accountability, and inspiration, the President ensures that every initiative reflects the values of unity, empowerment, and impact.

The Vice President serves as a trusted partner to the President and a key leader within Sistaz Speaks Foundation. This role provides oversight and support for initiatives, assists in guiding committees, and ensures the organization’s vision and mission are carried out effectively. The Vice President may preside over meetings in the President’s absence, contribute to strategic planning, and serve as a mentor to fellow board members. With a focus on leadership and collaboration, the Vice President helps strengthen the foundation’s impact, sustainability, and sisterhood.

Tammie Brown serves as the Treasurer for Sistaz Speaks Foundation, overseeing the financial operations and ensuring fiscal responsibility for the organization. With a sharp eye for detail and a deep commitment to transparency, Tammie manages the foundation's budget, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently to support its mission of empowering women. Her expertise in finance and her dedication to the community make her an invaluable asset to the foundation.

The Secretary plays a key role in keeping Sistaz Speaks organized and effective. Responsibilities include maintaining records, preparing meeting agendas and minutes, handling correspondence, and supporting board communication. The Secretary ensures transparency, accuracy, and alignment with the foundation’s goals while serving as a trusted point of contact for leadership and members.

The Director of Concierge Service manages, and coordinates support services offered by Sistaz Speaks, ensuring members, partners, and participants receive personalized attention and resources. This role focuses on organization, hospitality, and problem-solving to provide a seamless, supportive experience for all who connect with the foundation.

The Director of Creative Design oversees the visual identity and branding of Sistaz Speaks. This role ensures that all graphics, event materials, social media visuals, and campaigns reflect the foundation’s mission of empowerment and sisterhood. With a strong eye for detail and innovation, the Director of Creative Design brings ideas to life in ways that inspire and engage our community.

The Social Media Director leads the development and execution of Sistaz Speaks’ digital presence. This role creates and manages engaging content across all social media platforms, ensuring consistent messaging that reflects the foundation’s mission of empowerment, mentorship, and community. By monitoring trends, tracking engagement, and fostering online connections, the Social Media Director amplifies our voice, extends our reach, and highlights the powerful work of our sisterhood.

The Director of Marketing is responsible for promoting Sistaz Speaks Foundation through strategic campaigns and outreach. This role develops marketing plans, manages promotional materials, and ensures that the foundation’s programs, events, and initiatives are effectively communicated to the community. By highlighting our mission and creating opportunities for visibility, the Director of Marketing helps attract supporters, members, and partners who believe in the power of sisterhood and empowerment.

The Director of Grant Services oversees the foundation’s efforts to secure funding through grants and sponsorships. This role researches opportunities, prepares proposals, and manages compliance with grant requirements. By building relationships with funders and ensuring accountability in reporting, the Director of Grant Services strengthens the financial foundation of Sistaz Speaks, allowing us to expand programs and deepen our impact within the community.
